Returns

If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).

The item(s) must be:

  • Unopened/Unused
  • In its original unopened packaging
  • In a resaleable condition
  • With its proof of purchase
  • You’ll also need to return any free items/promos that came with the product.

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it could take up to 10 days working days to appear back in your account. Refunds will be processed Monday-Friday. Our dedicated courier team will call you to arrange a suitable day for collection. Please note if you have agreed to a collection date, we will require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or amend. Any failed collections may result in a penalty of £75.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any point prior to delivery. If we have not already despatched the order, you will be refunded in full.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
  • We do not deliver to your area;
  • The manufacturer has discontinued the goods.
  • Your order contains a product identified as having a pricing or product description error

Faulty items

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, you can contact us by email (support@thefuturelife.co.uk) to help resolve this. A member of the team will contact you to discuss options which may include:

  • Technical support by phone with your engineer
  • Arranging for our technicians to fix the fault
  • Offering a replacement

After 30 days, Samsung UK support will provide wider support such as an engineer visit to assess the fault at the location of the equipment, and finally if they are unable to resolve you will be offered a replacement.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the equipment is damaged please provide photographic evidence of the damage and the model number from the packaging.

Please note, if you request a return or exchange, the product must be delivered and collected from the original address on the order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
